At Lion Brand Yarn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unopened yarn and unused accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your pre-paid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unopened yarn skeins or tools in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the items are protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
